Retail Leasing

Community Space
Central City supports charities and non-profit groups seeking to raise funds or increase awareness by providing free interior space at our new community booth and exterior space at the centre. The community booth includes an 8.5’ x 10.5’ workspace, up to 4 stools, two 22”x 28” signage slots, and electrical access. Click here for more details on the booth.
Community booth bookings are limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis for promotions and activities that are free of political or religious content. All requests for space must be submitted at least four weeks in advance for approval. To qualify for complimentary space, non-profit organizations must have a government sanctioned charity number, maintain liability insurance, and use the space for fundraising and information awareness activities only. Upon approval, a Common Area License Agreement must be signed.
